Robert Half is seeking a Finance Manager on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will lead a team responsible for managing financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Prepare, review, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and cost optimization initiatives
- Lead the selection, development, and integration of accounting systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to drive operational efficiency and profitability
- Monitor financial performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Lead and develop finance staff, providing mentorship and guidance
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors as needed
- Previous experience as a Finance Manager or similar role
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in team leadership and project management
- Proficiency in financial management systems and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of GAAP and experience with audit procedures
