Manager of Finance
Salary 90K-95K
Located downtown Hamilton
Hybrid in office two days a week-required

Responsibilities:

• Lead preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Track business performance.
• Develop and maintain KPI reporting.
• Support annual budgeting and forecasting,
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and profitability, identifying trends and opportunities to enhance margins and control costs.
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit preparation.
• Oversee and develop accounting and finance team members, providing guidance on AR, AP, reconciliations, and reporting processes.
• Provide back up support for payroll, benefits, and pension administration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
• CPA designation required
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Hands on experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
• Proficient in ERP and financial reporting systems, with advanced Excel and data handling skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinker
• Strong communication skills
