Finance Manager

t You'll Do

Work directly with customers to secure financing and leasing options that best fit their needs. Prepare and process all related documentation with accuracy and compliance. Build strong relationships with banks, lenders, and insurance partners to ensure competitive rates and efficient approvals. Present and explain protection products (warranties, insurance, etc.) with full transparency. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth deal flow and exceptional customer satisfaction. Maintain full compliance with AMVIC and OEM standards, ensuring all paperwork meets regulatory requirements. Proactively monitor and achieve departmental goals related to finance and product sales.

What You Bring

Previous experience as an

Automotive Finance Manager

or

Finance Office Administrator

(Toyota or other OEM experience an asset). Proven ability to secure financing and maintain lender relationships. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer-first mindset. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. AMVIC license or eligibility to obtain one.
