We are looking for a Finance Liaison to who will be responsible for completing requested financial analysis for the Windsor site and accounts payable transactions as well as responding to general enquiries regarding accounts for the Windsor site. Other key responsibilities include:

• Regular review of Windsors financials for benchmarking, continuous improvement, investigating aircraft projects, etc to support the growth and effective operational control of the Windsor location
• Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations
• Support financial analysis for Total Rewards
• Application of transactions to accounts payable sub-ledgers
• Perform the processing and recording of accounts payable transactions and ensure that all invoices and reimbursements are paid accurately and in accordance with Company policy and procedures
• Follow up with both internal and external customers
• Respond to general queries and support the Corporate Accountant in maintaining the responsibilities of the accounting department
• Review contractor and agency Invoices
• Credit card reconciliation
• Actively participate in AAR Windsors Safety Management System (SMS) including reporting safety hazards and incidents encountered in daily operations; understands and promotes the company safety policy

Education and experience

• Bachelors degree or college diploma in a related field
• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Access experience an asset
• Ability to adapt quickly to new software and company systems

• 8 hour shift
