MacDonald Auto is seeking an experienced Finance and Insurance Manager to join our ever expanding team!!

We need an experienced high energy sales oriented professional who can set the pace

in an F&I role for our fast-growing brands.

About the Role:

As the ideal candidate for this role, you are an ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You will be responsible for financing vehicles (end-to-end) and will be able to sell vehicles directly to customers as well. You offer advice to car buyers regarding options for purchase within budget, arrange financing and promote aftermarket products and insurance.

Successful applicants will possess the following:

A proven sales background

Experience in the automotive business or bank lending is considered a major asset

Demonstrated knowledge of the principles related to

prime, subprime, and other traditional and non-traditional finance

Ability to read credit bureau reports

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent organizational/time management skills
