Are you an experienced automotive finance professional who takes pride in creating a transparent, stress-free experience for clients? At Progressive Ford, we're looking for a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager who will put customers first while helping them navigate financing options, protections, and insurance with clarity and trust.
What You'll Do:
Customer-Centric Financing: Guide clients through the financing process with professionalism, transparency, and care--ensuring every step is clear, supportive, and tailored to their needs.
Product Solutions: Present and offer F&I products such as extended warranties, protection packages, and GAP insurance in a way that prioritizes value and peace of mind for the customer.
Team Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to create a seamless transition from vehicle purchase to financing.
Accuracy & Compliance: Ensure contracts and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with all regulations.
Education & Support: Provide coaching to the sales team on F&I products and customer-focused selling strategies to enhance the overall client experience.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed on lender programs and financing options to deliver the most competitive solutions for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience as an F&I Manager in a retail automotive dealership.
Strong knowledge of financing and insurance products, lender requirements, and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with a genuine focus on customer service.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documentation with accuracy.
Proficiency with dealership management systems and F&I software.
