The Role

• Spearhead all areas of financial reporting and planning.
• Lead and supervise a talented team of 8-10 accounting and administrative professionals.
• Engage in strategic finance projects and ensure effective financial system controls.
• Nurture our company\xe2\x80\x99s relationship with financial institutions and lenders.
• Oversee IT operations, ensuring efficiency and strategic alignment.

What We\'re Looking For

• CPA with 7 to 10 years post-qualification industry experience.
• A minimum of 3 years\' experience in construction or a project-based industry.
• Mastery of MS Excel and familiarity with SQL databases and Crystal Reports.
• Advanced computer skills, including database management and data analytics.
• Adeptness with Viewpoint Spectrum and Aspire Landscaping Software is a significant asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with a strong business sense.
• A hands-on approach, ready to roll up your sleeves and deliver results.

Rewards

• A competitive starting wage between $125,000 and $140,000 based on experience.
