Responsibilities:

• Conduct a comprehensive review of the QuickBooks implementation process to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs.
• Develop and set up customized financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the integration of QuickBooks Online with other systems to optimize workflow.
• Provide guidance and recommendations to improve financial processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address system challenges effectively.
• Oversee project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Offer training and support to team members on QuickBooks Online functionalities.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Document processes and create user-friendly guides for system usage.
• Maintain compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial consulting or project management, ACCOUNTING background a must.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including system setup and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system and financial challenges.

• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders and team members.

• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver results within deadlines.

• Experience integrating financial systems with other platforms.

• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

• Strong organizational skills to document processes and maintain accurate records.
