Finance Business Partner
Our client is seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Business Partner to support financial strategy, reporting, and operational alignment across the organization. This role is key to driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting project-level decision-making through detailed analysis and collaboration.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:

• Analyze financial data for projects and acquisitions to support decisions
• Review budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics for management reporting
• Maintain accurate cash flow projections and align budgets with company goals
• Identify and resolve budget variances with cross-functional teams
• Develop and enforce finance procedures and internal controls
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and industry standards
• Conduct site audits to verify financial progress and accuracy
• Collaborate with project teams to address audit findings
• Use audit insights to improve future budgeting and risk planning
• Train and mentor finance staff on tools and best practices
• Support team development through performance reviews and coaching
• Promote continuous improvement in financial processes and team skills

Your strengths include:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (preferred)
• CPA or CFA designation (considered an asset)
• 7-10 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and operational finance
• Strong skills in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Experience developing internal controls and SOPs
• Proficiency in conducting site audits and ensuring financial compliance
• Ability to train and mentor finance teams and drive system improvements
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
