Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial actuals and prepare variance analyses.
• Support budgeting and forecasting efforts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Develop and deliver accurate financial reports to various stakeholders, and translate the numbers into actionable business insights.
• Partner with the Accounting team to support month-end and year-end close activities.
• Analyze business reports to support management decision-making.
• Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 2+ years in a Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) role
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.

• CPA ideal, but not required
• Advanced Excel skills required, and able to learn new systems/software quickly
• Very strong analysis and reporting skills
• Strong communication skills; able to explain the numbers to senior leadership and non-finance professionals with confidence and ease
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of attention to detail and organization
