Job Overview


As a Finance Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. You will work closely with the finance team to process transactions, maintain financial documentation, and assist in budget preparation. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will help drive our financial success and support our organizational goals.

What you'll do



Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner while ensuring accuracy. Maintain organized financial records and documentation for easy retrieval and compliance. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and budget forecasts. Collaborate with team members to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies. Utilize financial software to track expenses, manage budgets, and generate reports. Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required. Communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal teams regarding financial inquiries.

Basic qualifications



Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Proficiency in financial software for transaction processing and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred qualifications



Experience in finance or accounting roles. Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial reporting standards. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data.
