Duties
Manage accounts receivable and payable using QuickBooks and other accounting software
Perform data entry related to financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, billing, and reconciling accounts
Support administrative functions such as filing, document proofreading, and organizing financial records
Answer multi-line phone systems, handle front desk responsibilities, and provide excellent customer service
Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents and correspondence
Support medical or dental office operations if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient support
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools for report generation, correspondence, and record keeping
Ensure proper phone etiquette when interacting with clients or vendors
Assist with general clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and supporting customer support functions
Qualifications
Proven experience with QuickBooks, bookkeeping, or accounting software
Office experience with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace tools
Strong computer skills including data entry, typing, proofreading, and document management
Clerical experience in an administrative or front desk role preferred
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Customer service experience with professional phone etiquette and support skills
Experience in medical or dental office settings is a plus but not required
Knowledge of multi-line phone systems and filing procedures highly desirable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed
