Job Summary


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support and bookkeeping, with proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. This role involves managing financial records, assisting with data entry, and providing exceptional customer service. The Finance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.

Responsibilities



Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Perform data entry and filing of financial documents Provide clerical support, including managing correspondence and organizing files Assist with customer service inquiries and provide support to clients as needed Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Support front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing appointments Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation and management Proofread financial documents to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes

Qualifications



Previous office experience is required; experience in a medical or dental office is a plus Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail Effective typing skills for accurate data entry Strong proofreading abilities to ensure high-quality documentation Previous experience in customer support or service roles is preferred Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
