- Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions and insurance providers
- Negotiate financing and insurance terms with customers to ensure maximum profitability for the dealership
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining financing options and insurance coverage to customers
- Collaborate with sales team to identify opportunities for additional financial services
- Review and finalize all financial and insurance paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to financing and insurance Qualifications:
- Proven experience in finance and insurance within a dealership or similar environment
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for customers and the dealership
- Knowledge of financial services products, including loans, leases, and insurance policies
- Excellent mathematical skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and other financial figures
- Exceptional customer service skills to build trust and rapport with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Benefits:
