We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented
Accounts & Finance Professional
with strong experience in
leasing operations, office administration, and parts/inventory management
. The ideal candidate will support daily financial tasks, manage leasing documentation, assist with office operations, and maintain accurate records of parts and inventory.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the ability to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
Manage
accounts payable/receivable
, invoicing, billing, and daily financial transactions
Prepare, review, and maintain
leasing agreements
, documentation, and renewal tracking
Communicate with customers, and internal departments regarding lease or account inquiries
Handle
parts inventory
including stock management, ordering, receiving, and recordkeeping
Maintain accurate data entry, filing, and office documentation
Support general
office administrative duties
such as scheduling, correspondence, and coordination
Visit customers or sites within the GTA if required for administrative, leasing, or financial tasks
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Required Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Accounting
, Finance, Business Administration
, or a related field
Minimum 3
years
of experience in accounting, office administration, leasing, or related roles in Canada
Strong understanding and working Knowledge of QuickBooks , A
ccounting principles
, A/P and A/R processes
Experience with
leasing documentation
and customer coordination
Proficiency in
inventory/parts management
Proficiency in
MS Office Suite
(Excel, Word, Outlook)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
High level of accuracy with numbers and documentation
Preferably a Valid Ontario G or G2 driver's license.
Access to a
reliable vehicle
Preferred/Asset Qualifications
Multilingual
(any additional language--e.g., Hindi, Punjabi
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP)
Prior experience in a customer-facing role
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
