The Finance Administrator is responsible for the accurate entry of financial data and for providing support to the Director of Finance through timely reporting and adherence to compliance requirements. Collaborating with colleagues across the organization, the Finance Administrator will perform full-cycle accounting functions, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently and in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role demands exceptional attention to detail, exemplary honesty, integrity, and strict confidentiality. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.

Roles and Responsibilities:



Perform all accounting functions necessary to ensure transactions are processed in a timely manner Enter vendor invoices and match to PO Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies Manage vendor relationships and inquiries Process payroll Prepare and distribute invoices and monitor the collection of receivables Process bank deposits Maintain management reports Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with established procedures Assist in the maintenance of petty cash Support the completion of month-end and year end processes Respond to all communications in a timely manner Deliver and collect business-related correspondence in the immediate geographic area Provide administrative and operational support duties as needed Complete additional duties and initiatives as required




Education and Experience:



Certificate, diploma, or degree in finance or accounting is required Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance or accounting role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Experience in full cycle accounting
