Provides financial assistance by managing the organization's financial processes, financial strategy and monitoring cash flow to help the company achieve its financial goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
.Contributes to the development of Pineapple Finance & Operations
Maintains Financial department files and records including daily transactions, invoices, and reimbursements.
Administers payments and invoices.
Researches problem invoices; interfaces with vendors, customer service team, and other appropriate staff to reconcile.
Prepares financial reports and budgets such income statements, balance sheets.
Ensures compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Handles accounts payable and accounts receivable
Administers month-end close and runs monthly reports as required.
Monitors Cash flow, track financial metrics and provides information to support decision making.
Communicates with other departments, external contractors, and stakeholders on financial matters.
Performs general clerical duties as needed including but not limited to filing, photocopying, scanning, typing, and mailing.
Directs Company's investment and monitor performance according to set goals/
Assists with special financial projects as needed.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree on Finance or related field,
Minimum of 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Relevant certifications such as CCA or CPA are an asset
Demonstrated ability to calculate figures and analyze financial data
Advance Skills on MS Excel and with accounting software
Acute attention to detail
Strong organizational skills.
