Job Title:

Finance Administrator

Terms:

Permanent, Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday - Friday, 9-5, in person, hourly pay.

Site:

Stratford, Ontario

Wages:

$24-28/hour based upon experience, education and training

Main Purpose of the Job:

To undertake any financial duties as prescribed by the Controller, including bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable processing, General Bookkeeping and other items as directed. Support Finance team.

Educational Requirement:

Attendance and completion of a college program in Accounting/Bookkeeping

Working towards or possessing Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation

Duties and Responsibilities

:

Process Bank Reconciliations, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Accounts Receivable processing, and General Bookkeeping. Contribute to the team effort. Liaising with staff, managers and external customers/clients to ensure the above tasks are completed effectively. Other duties as assigned.
