Responsibilities:

TriQuest Nondestructive Testing Corp is a wholly owned subsidiary of Rockwood Service Corporation and provides full service non-destructive testing, inspection, and integrity services throughout North America to the Oil & Gas industry, Manufacturing, Fabrication, Power Generation, In-Service Piping, and Above Ground Storage Tanks.



We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Administrator to supporting finance and operations team. This role is based out of our SE Calgary office.

Responsibilities:

Review and verify daily field tickets for completeness and accuracy Perform job costing and ensure necessary customer approvals are obtained Prepare and submit invoices in line with contract terms and timelines Track and reconcile project costs, purchase orders, and billing data Support finance and operations teams with reporting and documentation as needed

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in a finance or administrative support role Strong understanding of invoicing, job costing, and project documentation Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and financial/accounting software Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Strong English communication and organizational skills Experience in an industrial or field services environment is an asset Possess good analytical skills, detail oriented.
