We are currently seeking an

Operations Lead - Tenant Administration

to take charge of all day-to-day administrative operations related to tenants and leases. This role is highly hands-on: you will be the primary contact for tenants regarding leases, rent payments, and account management. Over time, this position offers the opportunity to evolve into a management role by structuring and leading a small team.

Key Responsibilities



Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding leases, payments, and account questions Manage rent collection, including follow-ups on late or partial payments and payment arrangements Prepare and process residential lease renewals in line with deadlines and priorities Ensure tenant records are accurate and up to date in the property management system (e.g., Yardi, Proprio Expert) Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to tenant accounts and documents Work closely with ownership (CFO & DG) to ensure smooth daily operations With time, take on increased responsibility to supervise and build the administrative team

Candidate Profile



Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in property management or tenant administration Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tenant files at once Comfortable handling rent collection and sensitive tenant communications with diplomacy Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Hopem, Proprio Expert, or equivalent) Bilingual - French and English required (spoken and written)

Nous recherchons un(e)

Responsable des operations - Administration locative

pour prendre en charge l'ensemble des operations administratives liees aux locataires et aux baux. Ce role est tres operationnel : vous serez la

personne de contact principale aupres des locataires

pour tout ce qui touche aux baux, aux paiements de loyers et a la gestion des comptes. A terme, ce poste offre une evolution vers un role de gestion avec la supervision d'une petite equipe.

Responsabilites principales



Agir comme principal contact pour les locataires concernant les baux, les paiements et les questions de compte Gerer la perception des loyers, incluant les suivis pour retards, paiements partiels et ententes de paiement Preparer et traiter les renouvellements de baux residentiels selon les echeanciers et priorites Maintenir a jour et exacts les dossiers locataires dans les systemes de gestion (ex. Yardi, Proprio Expert) Effectuer les taches administratives quotidiennes liees aux comptes locataires et a la documentation Travailler en etroite collaboration avec la direction (CFO & DG) pour assurer le bon deroulement des operations Avec le temps, evoluer vers un role de gestion incluant la supervision et la mise en place de l'equipe administrative

Profil recherche



Diplome en administration, comptabilite ou domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente) 3 a 5 ans d'experience pertinente, idealement en gestion locative ou administration immobiliere Excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et capacite a gerer plusieurs dossiers simultanement A l'aise dans la gestion de la perception des loyers et des communications sensibles avec les locataires Maitrise d'un logiciel de gestion immobiliere (Yardi, Hopem, Proprio Expert ou equivalent) Bilinguisme francais / anglais requis (oral et ecrit)
