We are currently seeking a
Finance & Administration Manager
to oversee all
accounting and administrative operations
related to our residential portfolio. Reporting directly to ownership, you will be responsible for
accounts payable and receivable
,
lease renewals
,
rent collection
, and the
supervision of our administrative team
.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a small
administrative team
handling daily lease, payment, and tenant support operations
Manage and execute the
residential lease renewal process
in line with company deadlines and priorities
Oversee
rent collection efforts
, including follow-ups on late payments, partial payments, and payment arrangements
Ensure
tenant records
are kept accurate and up to date in the management system (e.g., Yardi, Proprio Expert)
Manage
accounts payable and receivable
: invoice validation, data entry, approvals, and follow-up
Produce
internal reports
and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making
Collaborate closely with company owners (CFO and DG) to optimize internal processes and support organizational growth
Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
, including
2 years in a supervisory role
Proven experience in
residential property management
Strong ability to
manage people and structure administrative workflows
Proficiency with property management software (Yardi, Hopem, Proprio Expert, or equivalent)
Excellent communication, diplomacy, and organizational skills
Bilingual - French and English required
(spoken and written)

Responsabilites principales
Superviser une petite
equipe administrative
chargee des taches courantes liees aux baux, paiements et suivis aux locataires
Gerer les
renouvellements de baux residentiels
selon les echeanciers et les priorites de l'entreprise
Superviser les
efforts de perception des loyers
, incluant les suivis de retards, paiements partiels, et ententes de paiement
Veiller a l'exactitude des
dossiers locataires
dans les systemes de gestion (ex. Yardi, Proprio Expert)
Gerer les
comptes payables
et
recevables
- validation, saisie, suivi, approbation
Produire des
rapports internes
et des indicateurs de performance pour appuyer la prise de decision
Collaborer etroitement avec les coproprietaires (CFO et DG) pour ameliorer les processus et soutenir la croissance

Formation en
comptabilite, finance ou gestion
Minimum
5 ans d'experience pertinente
