Responsibilities and Duties

Equipment set-up and assembly of Fillers Perform on-line quality control checks, taking samples Production reporting and documentation Monitor product and sealing temperatures including package integrity and weight control Fill equipment with the appropriate packaging materials CIP and sanitation Basic computer use

Qualifications and Skills

Production experience in the Dairy industry

Production experience in the Dairy industry and/or Post-Secondary Education in Food Science specifically in Dairy Science or Post Secondary in manufacturing a definite asset. Experience in operation of high-speed fillers Demonstrated problem solving skills Good interpersonal skills Good oral and written communication skills Aptitude and desire to progress into a leadership role

Monday - Friday | Night Shift (22:30 pm - 6:30 am)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $31.05-$34.50 per hour
