La Vie Medical requires an energetic, motivated and career-minded Health Records Clerk to be involved with the administration of an efficient and effective organizational management of all electronic and paper based health information.
Duties would include:
Filing all incoming faxes and scanned documents ensure efficient filing and follow ups are provided to patients
Communicate with Case Managers and Admin staff to ensure follow up calls and or appointments are booked to review all results with patients.
