Filing Clerk (contract)

Job Description
Our client, located in downtown Calgary, is looking for a filing clerk to join their team for a 3 month assignment!
Responsibilities:
- Scanning and photocopying documents
- Creating and preparing files
- Shredding files as necessary
- Assisting in other administrative duties as required
- Previous experience working in file management would be considered a strong asset
- Proven attention to detail, while working in a busy environment
- A team player, willing to assist in any areas required
- Comfortable doing repetitive work, working independently and asking questions
- Must be okay lifting and moving boxes
- A positive and can-do attitude
- Available to start immediately
