Job Description

We are looking for a File Clerk to efficiently manage and organize legal files and documents. Your role will include sorting, archiving, and handling important paperwork in accordance with company standards and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:



Sorting and organizing documents and files Maintaining the filing and archiving system Managing the document database Ensuring quick access to important documents for the legal team Processing incoming and outgoing paperwork Ensuring compliance with confidentiality and document security standards Performing other administrative tasks as requested by management

Requirements:



Experience with documentation, preferably in a legal setting Knowledge of filing and archiving standards Attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of information Strong communication skills Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
