Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, with the ability to read and interpret schematics. You will be responsible for building and fabricating metal components, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Your expertise in various welding techniques, including plasma cutting, will be essential in delivering precise and durable products.

Duties

Weld metal components using various techniques, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to specifications. Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand project requirements. Utilize hand tools and welding equipment effectively to build and fabricate parts as needed. Work with ductwork materials, ensuring proper assembly and installation. Operate cranes safely for moving heavy materials and components during the fabrication process. Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Requirements

Proven experience in welding, with proficiency in multiple welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. Experience with ductwork fabrication is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with plasma cutting equipment is a plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to use hand tools effectively. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding projects. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour
