Field Technician Real Estate Photography & Media

Job Description
ListSimple is expanding to Winnipeg! We help REALTORS quickly and efficiently get properties listed for sale with market leading property media/photography services.
As a field technician you will visit properties to capture various media (e.g. premium quality photos, virtual tours, floorplans and drone).
Candidates should:
- Have a strong interest in Real Estate.
- Be reasonably comfortable with mobile devices/apps, cameras and modern web technologies such as cloud file management, online calendars, etc.
- Enjoy working independently in a self-directed and highly punctual environment.
- Desire a flexible work schedule - the number of hours and specific timing of those hours is flexible. You make yourself available to be booked for appointments when it works for your personal schedule.
- Be available to work 40+ hours per week during Spring/Summer and 20-40 hours per week at other times of the year.
- Have access to a clean & professional looking personal vehicle to attend appointments.
ListSimple will provide:

Intensive paid training set to begin mid-late October 2025 and expected to run across approximately 1 week in Winnipeg (exact dates TBC).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
