Assignment Overview
We are seeking a technically skilled and self-motivated professional to support the commissioning, maintenance, and optimization of wireless network infrastructure in Nova Scotia. This role focuses on maintaining high availability and performance of cellular sites and transport facilities within the Customer Wireless Network.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to network trouble reports and resolve issues promptly.
Work closely with the NOC, TAC, Engineering, and Field Operations teams.
Conduct root cause analysis and document incident findings.
Perform preventive maintenance and support upgrades and optimizations.
Install, commission, and validate performance of network equipment.
Maintain accurate documentation and manage tools and inventory.
Provide rotational on-call support and field work in remote areas as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Certificate in Electronics or equivalent telecom experience.
Experience in wireless networks, microwave systems (DS1, DS3), and transmission technologies.
Knowledge of RF systems, fibre optics, SONET, and TCP/IP.
Strong troubleshooting and independent problem-solving skills.
Valid Nova Scotia drivers license with a clean record.
Comfortable working independently in changing field environments.
