Job Overview


We're hiring two to three Field Service Technicians to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, travel-based position focused on industrial and conveyor system repair, maintenance, and installation.

Our projects take us across Canada and internationally, supporting clients in industrial, mining, and marine settings. This pace can be demanding and unpredictable, perfect for someone who thrives on problem solving, variety and teamwork.

Responsibilities



Perform conveyor repairs, maintenance, and installation. Troubleshoot and service conveyor systems at customer sites across Canada and internationally. Travel frequently (all travel expenses covered) Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete installations and repairs according to specifications. Complete detailed job safety analysis reports. Participate in and maintain up to date safety training and certifications. Respond to after hours and emergency service calls as needed. Communicate effectively and maintain professionalism with clients and team members.

Qualifications



Conveyor maintenance and repair (asset, will train) Previous experience in similar industrial, marine, or construction environments Strong mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills Dependable, safety-conscious, and team oriented Experience operating forklifts and other site equipment (training will be provided) Ability to travel frequently and work variable hours, including nights/weekends/holidays After-hours and overtime availability a must Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces (training provided) Valid Canadian passport (required for international travel) Valid Ontario drivers license (G or G2 minimum)

Safety Training and Expectations



All employees must complete mandatory company safety training before working on site. If you don't already hold these certifications in good standing, training will be provided as part of onboarding. All certifications must remain valid and in good standing at all times. Employees will be continuously re-trained and re-certified as required to maintain compliance and validity. Required training includes: Overhead crane and riggings, forklift operation, fall arrest/working at heights, confined space, lockout/tagout, WHMIS, first aid, and more. Additional site specific safety orientations and compliance trainings will be provided as required. All PPE, safety gear, and training costs are covered by the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
