The Field Services Support Specialist assists customers remotely in the installation and troubleshooting of S&C's products. This position is for an individual with a technical background and strong analytical skills, preferably someone with field service experience troubleshooting S&C equipment. This role requires the ability to troubleshoot customers' S&C equipment issues utilizing a variety of communication methods, as well as performing product training to customers and salesforce both on and offsite. Extensive training will be required, which includes working closely with senior-level engineers within the group to develop product knowledge and product history, and develop skills to become a product expert. Occasional visits to customer installation sites and substations will also be required.
