About the Role



Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the Field Service & Warehouse Technician is responsible for performing all service work on our?filtered water systems, including bottle less water coolers, ice machines, sparkling water dispensers, and coffee brewers. Tech will also manage the warehouse operations including receiving, handling, storing, and packing activities while ensuring quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Routinely changing water filters, cleaning, and sanitizing water tanks, changing UV bulbs, and clearing water lines. Conduct accurate monthly and quarterly warehouse inventories over multiple product lines and serialized equipment/appliances Troubleshooting product for required repairs. Performs equipment refurbishing, preparation for deployment and decommission activities while adhering to company procedures Completing assigned installation and service routes in an efficient manner. Warehouse SKU organizations practices including volume/movement evaluations implementation to maximize warehouse inventory turn Requesting parts, equipment and supplies to replenish low stock levels. Following company inventory and tracking procedures. Promoting and practicing proper safety procedures and correct use of company tools. Following company and customer safety policies and procedures Maintaining and complying with company vehicle maintenance policy and procedures

Qualifications & Skills:



Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED required. Must possess a valid driver's license and with acceptable driving record. Experience working as a field technician considered as an asset Forklift Certification considered as an asset

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
