What You'll Do:


Be the Lifeline for Hospitals & Clinics - Install, maintain, train, and service the entire Neurology product line , ensuring healthcare providers can deliver life-changing care to their patients.

Technical Problem Solver - When no one else can figure it out, you're the one they call! Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair PCs, networks, and proprietary hardware/software issues onsite at hospitals and clinics.

Become a Medical Device Expert - You don't need to know everything about medical technology now--but if you're eager to learn , we'll train you in our high-quality medical systems and support your professional growth.

Career Growth & Development - As you gain experience, you'll have opportunities to grow into leadership roles within Technical Services, Sales, and Operations .

See the Country - This is a road warrior role with extensive travel. You'll visit hospitals and clinics across Canada and the U.S. , making a real impact face-to-face with customers.

What You Bring:


? Bilingual in English and French (Required)

? Education & Experience: College Diploma OR 2+ years of field service technician experience (a mix of both may be considered)

? Tech-Savvy: Strong knowledge of PC hardware/software troubleshooting, configurations, and maintenance

? Networking Knowledge: Understanding of networking fundamentals and Microsoft applications

? Curious & Customer-Focused: Passion for technology and a strong customer service mindset

? Ability to Travel Extensively: Must have a valid driver's license , a clean driving record , and the ability to pass airport security screenings

? Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and meet medical/vaccination requirements to access customer sites
