In this hands-on role, you'll perform passenger and light truck, fleet and OTR vehicle tire removal, installation and repairs and deliver top-quality service while upholding the highest safety standards. Responsibilities

Perform on-site inspections and maintenance, including checking inflation, tread wear, and overall condition to ensure tire safety, efficiency, and performance Communicate services directly with customers to provide insights and recommendations for repairs and maintenance to improve vehicle performance Deliver professional fleet, roadside, and off-site tire services on commercial and industrial vehicles, minimizing downtime with fast and efficient support Adhere to Kal Tire's safety protocols and quality standards in all tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation for excellence

Qualifications

Experience in commercial and industrial tire installation, repair, and maintenance is considered an asset but not required Hold a valid driver's license with Air Brake Endorsement for on-site service and roadside assistance tasks Excelling in a physically demanding environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height and perform tasks efficiently Demonstrating a safety-first mindset by adhering to all safety protocols, wearing required PPE, and promoting a secure workplace culture Possessing strong technical skills and a proactive approach to solving tire and equipment challenges
