Job Overview

We are seeking a

Field Service Technician (Healthcare Technology)

to join our team. In this role, you will manage the daily service operations at HealthHub, playing a key role in closing tickets and ensuring that hospital equipment functions optimally. You will handle both routine service visits and more complex issues, including site-wide outages, multi-bed escalations, and networking problems.

Duties

Respond to and resolve service tickets at hospital client sites. Troubleshoot technical issues including TV, IBT systems, CATV/IP networks, RF signals, and amplifiers. Manage escalations, including multi-bed and site-wide outages, providing preventative recommendations. Maintain professional communication with hospital staff, patients, and internal stakeholders. Ensure all HealthHub-provided tools, laptops, and devices are maintained and available for site visits. Support service-related projects such as audits, installations, decommissioning, redeployments, and network design updates. Represent the company professionally, meeting hospital identification and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

Previous experience of 3 to 5 years in a technical service or field technician role (healthcare technology experience is preferred). Working knowledge of TV, IBT, networking, and RF systems. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills using technical tools and equipment. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to travel between sites as required and have access to a reliable vehicle. Possess a valid G2 or G driver's license. Comfortable working independently and resolving escalations under pressure.

Pay: $27.88-$34.62 per hour
