We specialize in delivering prompt, reliable, and high-quality support to our customers in the comfort of their homes. As demand grows, we're looking for skilled and dependable Contractor technicians to join our team on a per-ticket basis

Duties

Contact the client to schedule a visit. Perform repairs on the customer Displays In-Home and B2B. Leave a professional view for the client. Ensure the defective parts are shipped back within the SLA. Ensure all necessary tools and protective gear are clean and ready. Ensure to arrive to the client site within the scheduled time window. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with services rendered. Maintain communication with dispatch regarding job status. Supervise and mentor junior technicians, fostering a collaborative work environment. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements:

Proven experience in display repair and in-home service work. Strong diagnostic and technical skills. Ability to manage time and travel efficiently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Own tools and equipment preferred. Ability to pass a background check.
