We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment at various locations. Duties

Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of equipment according to company standards. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues with equipment. Provide technical support and training to clients on the proper use of equipment. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members and management to improve service processes and customer experience. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus. Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or similar role in a technical field. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to read schematics and technical manuals. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while traveling to various job sites. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; willingness to travel as needed for job assignments. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.51-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
