Nous sommes \xc3\xa0 la recherche d\'un Technicien, services techniques sur la route pour supporter ses clients de la r\xc3\xa9gion de Montr\xc3\xa9al. La personne en poste sera amen\xc3\xa9e \xc3\xa0 effectuer des maintenances pr\xc3\xa9ventives et des appels de services pour des syst\xc3\xa8mes robotis\xc3\xa9s d\xc3\xa9di\xc3\xa9s \xc3\xa0 la pr\xc3\xa9paration automatis\xc3\xa9e de piluliers en pharmacie.

T\xc3\xa2ches et responsabilit\xc3\xa9s:

Se d\xc3\xa9placer chez les clients et leur offrir un soutien technique courtois et professionnel.

Effectuer les r\xc3\xa9parations et l\xe2\x80\x99entretien des syst\xc3\xa8mes robotis\xc3\xa9s requis, selon les proc\xc3\xa9dures \xc3\xa9tablies.

Former et soutenir la client\xc3\xa8le en ce qui a trait \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99entretien et l\xe2\x80\x99utilisation des syst\xc3\xa8mes robotis\xc3\xa9s.

Proc\xc3\xa9der \xc3\xa0 la mise \xc3\xa0 jour des appareils et des logiciels.

Effectuer des visites de suivi, afin de r\xc3\xa9pondre aux besoins de la client\xc3\xa8le.

Pr\xc3\xa9parer et r\xc3\xa9diger les rapports de service en lien avec les proc\xc3\xa9dures internes.

Participer \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue des pratiques d\xc3\xa9partementales de l\xe2\x80\x99entreprise.

Exigences requises:

D\xc3\xa9tenir un DEP ou DEC en g\xc3\xa9nie m\xc3\xa9canique/m\xc3\xa9canique industrielle/automatisation ou toute autre formation pertinente.

Minimum de deux (2) ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience dans un domaine li\xc3\xa9 \xc3\xa0 l\xe2\x80\x99automatisation et au service technique.

Connaissance du domaine de la pharmacie un atout.

Connaissance pratique de Microsoft Office (Access, Word et Excel).

Flexibilit\xc3\xa9 pour le travail en rotation (fin de semaine).

Bilingue Fran\xc3\xa7ais et Anglais (lu, parl\xc3\xa9, \xc3\xa9crit).

Doit poss\xc3\xa9der et conserver un permis de conduire valide, et r\xc3\xa9pondre aux normes de s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 automobile de BD.

Doit \xc3\xaatre capable de soulever un minimum de 70 lb. Cette position n\xc3\xa9cessite un nombre consid\xc3\xa9rable de pouss\xc3\xa9es, de tractions, de baisses, de flexions et de levages.

Doit pouvoir se d\xc3\xa9placer de fa\xc3\xa7on quotidienne sur les sites de nos clients.

Field Service Representative I

We are looking for a Field Service Representative I to support our customers in the Montreal area. The incumbent will be required to perform preventive maintenance and service calls for robotized systems dedicated to the automated preparation of pill dispensers in pharmacies.

Duties and responsibilities:

Travel to customer sites and provide courteous and professional technical support.

Carry out repairs and maintenance on robotic systems as required, according to established procedures.

Train and support customers in the maintenance and use of robotic systems.

Update equipment and software.

Conduct follow-up visits to meet customer needs.

Prepare and write service reports in accordance with internal procedures.

Participate in the continuous improvement of the company\'s departmental practices.

All other related tasks

Requirements:

DEP or DEC in mechanical engineering/industrial mechanics/automation or other relevant training.

Minimum of two (2) years\' experience in a field related to automation and technical service.

Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry an asset.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Access, Word, and Excel).

Flexibility for rotational work (weekends).

Bilingual English and French (read, write, spoken).

Must possess and maintain a valid state-issued driver\'s license and meet BD\'s auto safety standards.

Must be able to lift a minimum of 70 lbs. This position requires a considerable amount of pushing, pulling, stooping, bending, and lifting.

Must be able to travel to our clients\xe2\x80\x99 sites daily, overnight, or as needed.
