Job Description

An machine manufacturing company is looking for a new member to join the maintenance team. The ideal candidate has experience maintaining and troubleshooting mechanical parts of industrial machinery, such as CNC Machines. This company works mainly in the automation system field.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install newly acquired equipment at Grimsby facility or customers' sites as scheduled Upgrade and repair machinery in a timely manner Comply with and maintain up to date knowledge of safe work practices Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge in the Company's line of machinery by attending scheduled training sessions or proactively self-sourcing information, sharing knowledge with the Service Team Order and return parts as necessary to minimize downtime Complete work orders and accurate time and ensure reports are written in timely and efficient manner to facilitate invoicing and service administration Resolve service issues by liaising with manufacturers as required Other duties assigned by the managers

Requirements

Familiar with CNC Machines, with a minimum of 3 years troubleshooting machinery experience

Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and associated engineering documents Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments Customer service oriented Good customer service skills including fluency of English Abilities to travel up to 80%
