About the Field Sales Representative Opportunity:

We are looking for an ambitious, engaging, energetic and competitive Field Sales Representative to join our team. As our Field Sales Representative, you will develop sales strategies and be responsible for attracting new clients and customers. You will investigate and find new sales opportunities and close deals. Reporting to the VP of Sales, this is a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing business at the early days of our launch into the Major Appliances segment.

What you will be doing as a Field Sales Representative:

• Performing all direct sales functions targeting prospective Distributors and Retailers in both the US and Canada
• Calling on prospective customers and providing product information and presentations
• Evaluating customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Developing and fostering relationships, maintaining close communications with prospects and customers
• Tracking progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment
• Reporting and providing feedback to management using financial statistical data;
• Meeting and exceeding targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition
• Researching and understanding target market, staying abreast of industry trends, best practices and Unique\xe2\x80\x99s market opportunity
• Travel within Canada and US to conduct on-site visits with dealers and distributors and attend industry trade shows, meetings and training
• Other duties as required

What we are looking for in our Field Sales Representative:

• Proven success in contributing to the growth of an organization through the generation of increased sales leads
• Established sales acumen with knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
• Experience working with a CRM and high proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Sense of ownership and pride in personal performance and its impact on company success
• Strong team player
• Enthusiastic self-starter and a passion for continuous learning and growth opportunities
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Previous experience within the appliance industry would be an asset
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered a strong asset
