Now Hiring: Field Sales Rep - Join a Growing Home Service Team

Green and Clean Home Solutions is rapidly expanding in the Mississauga and Etobicoke area. We provide high-quality residential services like interior/exterior painting, window and eavestrough cleaning, pressure washing, and wood staining. We're looking for an energetic, personable Field Sales Representative to help us reach more homeowners this season.

Role Overview:

Go door-to-door in designated areas to introduce our services Participate in daily planning huddles with the sales team Use our CRM tools to log leads and client interactions Set appointments with interested homeowners Professionally present our service offerings Assist with marketing initiatives and local awareness Aim to meet daily/weekly performance goals Collaborate with team leads for support and growth Take initiative in improving your skills and results

Who We're Looking For:

Friendly, confident, and outgoing Prior sales or customer service experience is a bonus, not a requirement Able to work both solo and with a teammate Reliable, punctual, and organized Open to feedback and eager to grow
