We are looking for Team Manager, Field Sales & Marketing to join our team in this exciting new area of business. Based in a home office in the Gatineau region, and reporting into the Regional Manager, Field Sales, your primary responsibility is to lead a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for providing guidance, coaching, and support for your team members, as well as monitoring their performance and ensuring the successful implementation of sales strategies. You will also collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align your teams\' sales efforts with business objectives.
