Currently, we are seeking an Installation Manager to join us as we grow and help liaison with our strong team of Xplore, Rogers & Shaw Direct technicians.

Duties and Responsibilities

Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Look through daily reports to ensure that installation standards are being maintained. Perform onsite and remote quality job audits as required. Answer questions that field technicians have and action with the correct departments. Develop Training systems and standards. Estimate costs and materials for commercial jobs. Write Technical documents.

What you offer

Minimum of 3 years experience in related industries (Cable, security, wireless & satellite installations). Supervisor or Management level experience. Strong computer skills. Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Word, Outlook is required. Ability to work independently or as a team.

Other Key Skills & Knowledge

Excellent technical knowledge and ability, analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong customer service skills. You have a desire to constantly learn new technologies. You must be physically capable and be able to lift 45lbs.

Pay: $58,191.00-$71,122.00 per year
