Field Marketing Manager

What You'll Be Doing:

This isn't a desk job. You'll be in the field, boots on the ground, driving leads and closing business:

Knocking doors in targeted neighbourhoods Placing signs and flyers around high-opportunity job sites Identifying ideal homes and areas for painting projects Estimating and selling painting jobs directly to homeowners ( sales as growth opportunity ) Assessing customer needs and scheduling qualified estimates appointments Following up with leads and nurturing your sales funnel Coordinating and coaching other door-to-door marketers, build your own team! Collaborating with the Marketing Manager on strategy and execution

Skills & Experience:

Strong sales and customer service background Spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets or Excel) Social media fluency (you might help post wins + projects!) Experience generating your own leads Strong communication and follow-up habits

Role Highlights:

Hourly + Commission:

$20/hr base + $30 per estimate generated.On-target earnings of

$35-50/hr

with upside for top performers
