Our Marketing department cultivates global awareness and sustainability understanding through expert communication, inspiring all companies to start or accelerate their journey towards continuous improvement in sustainable business practices. To fuel our global expansion, we are seeking an experienced and energetic marketer to serve as the Field Marketing Associate in the Americas Region. This role will assist the Field Marketing Manager - Americas to design, adapt, and implement field marketing events and campaigns to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate the pipeline and grow sales in the Americas. The role will combine event marketing - which will include coordinating both internal and external conferences, webinars, intimacy events, etc. - as well as contributing to regional outreach campaigns. What you will be doing:

  • Manage EcoVadis events & webinars and 3rd party conferences taking place in the Americas - primarily USA, Canada, Brazil , from budget, planning, promotion, on-site event setup and support, through to lead capture, post-event ROI reporting and feedback/participant surveys.
  • Manage supporting logistics for field events & webinars, including printing, promotional items, supporting materials, shipping and receiving.
  • Organize and develop internal and external event communication including emails and social posts on LinkedIn and X (formerly Twitter).
  • Liaise with external suppliers including production teams, event hosts, partners, venues, talent and entertainment.
  • Research/execute third-party conferences and collect information for relevant programs to ideate on adjustments and improvements.
  • Coordinate with design, content, solution and ops teams to manage field marketing program components.
  • Work closely with sales, alliances and customer success teams, as well as clients and speakers/content contributors, to prepare event approaches and coordinate content.
  • Bring innovative and creative ideas to make our events stand out from the competition.
  • Maintain an updated event pipeline, from initial planning to post-event follow-up.
  • Help keep track of all necessary details, including purchase requests, points of contact, event dates, changes in sponsorship, etc.
  • Support and help execute local digital and ABM campaigns to acquire new customers, expand and retain installed base, generate net new pipeline and accelerate opportunities in the Americas - in coordination with the global marketing team.
As a high-growth business, you may contribute to other projects as the need arises.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Masters degree in marketing, communication, business, sustainability or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in events and field marketing with campaign execution.
  • Previous experience in field marketing to large enterprise prospects, ideally B2B SaaS offerings. Experience with procurement-, sustainability- or compliance-related solutions is a significant plus.
  • Experience working on corporate events as well as industry conferences, roadshows, workshops and more.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot), social media platforms, and mastery of standard office tools (Microsoft/ Google Office).
  • Experience executing ABM campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong organization skills with very high attention to detail.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Growth minded and a team player with the motivation to help others solve problems.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and/or Spanish is a plus
