We are seeking a
Field Marketer
to strengthen our brand presence, generate leads, and build lasting connections with clients and candidates through community-based and on-the-ground marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute
field marketing campaigns
to promote the company's staffing and recruitment services.
Represent the company at
job fairs, networking events, industry expos, and community programs
to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Collaborate with the recruitment and sales teams to design promotional materials, outreach strategies, and client engagement initiatives.
Identify and build relationships with potential clients, candidates, and community partners.
Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, ensuring ROI on campaigns.
Support digital and social media campaigns by providing field insights and localized content ideas.
Stay informed about
market trends and competitor activities
in the staffing industry.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ years of experience in
field marketing, brand promotion, or business development
(staffing industry experience is a strong asset).
Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
(mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in the field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM systems is an asset.
Flexibility to travel locally for events and client meetings.
