We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in
B2B sales, field marketing, and door-to-door sales
, who can actively generate leads, grow client relationships, and drive revenue.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales and field marketing activities.
Conduct door-to-door sales and promotional campaigns to expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and strategies.
Monitor, report, and analyze sales performance and business development activities.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in
B2B sales, field marketing, or door-to-door sales

Strong knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently while contributing to a team.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Valid driver's license and own car required.
