We are experiencing significant growth and seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Field Operations Manager to lead our painting crews.

Role Overview



The Field Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the performance of multiple painting crews. Key responsibilities include:

Crew Management:



? Scheduling and production planning for all assigned crews.

? Staffing and training of all crew members.

? Monitoring and improving crew productivity (e.g., 40+ hours of productive work per painter weekly).

Customer Satisfaction:



? Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels (4.8 star average customer review rating).

Financial Performance:



? Achieving and exceeding established gross profit targets.

Operations Management:



? Resolving on-site issues (e.g., client complaints, employee challenges, unforeseen problems).

? Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Data & Reporting:



? Utilizing online scheduling systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software.

? Collecting and analyzing data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications



Experience:



? 5+ years of successful management experience within the home building or home improvement industry (specifically managing multiple on-site crews).

? 3+ years of hands-on painting experience (residential or commercial).

Skills:



? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

? Strong leadership, motivation, and team-building abilities.

? Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

? Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, online scheduling software, and other relevant technologies.

? Strong work ethic with a "get it done" mentality.

? Commitment to continuous improvement.
