Field Coordinator (on Site)

Job Description

The Field Coordinator supports the on-site day to day planning, administration and coordination for the Site Superintendent and assists with the daily activities safely and efficiently. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for administrative tasks and assists with the project workflow, contributes to other deliverable timelines on specific project tasks.

Responsibilities:





Assist with updates and maintenance of plans/schedules

Liaison between site supervisor, field team and subcontractors onsite

Gathering and collection of invoices in Jonas Software

Assist with project submittals, maintenance of as-built records

Assisting in taking minutes of meetings

Tracking and documenting project cost reports

Pickup and delivery of materials/items for site as directed

Recording rough quantities, taking measurements

Assist with progress payments, job plans, methodology, record keeping, purchase orders

Assist and maintain day to day administrative tasks for site team

Qualifications:



Minimum of 1 years civil construction experience in a field role

Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Ability to read and understand project drawings and specifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project and Outlook

Valid Class "G" Driver's License

Ability to operate in high stress environment




Available to work out of town if required and travel to various jobsite within Ontario
