Field Administrator - Compost Facility



Full Time, Permanent

Position Summary:



We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Field Administrator to join our team. This role is key in supporting daily field operations and ensuring seamless communication and documentation between the site, our clients, vendors, and head office. This position will report directly to the Controller based at head office.

The facility is located proximate to Portage La Prairie, Manitoba. Applicant will need their own transportation to work.

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):



Work Safely Know, understand, and follow the Standard Operating Procedures of the company. Respond to and manage invoicing inquiries promptly and professionally. Identify and resolve disputed account balances or volume issues. Accept and process onsite payment from customers as required. Prepare and maintain daily and weekly reports related to volume deliveries to our site and sale of compost to our clients. Assist with semi monthly timesheet submission for our operational professionals on site. Support day-to-day administrative tasks and ad hoc items as required. Maintain accurate and organized records for operational and reporting purposes.

Requirements:



Previous experience in an administrative or field-based support role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.

Familiarity with invoicing, timekeeping and payment processing is an asset.

Compensation:



Compensation is competitive and will be based on qualifications.
