Job Description

Field administration role for Tamarack Valley Energy Ltd. providing administrative support for ongoing field operations. This role is based out of our 12-07 field office, located outside of Westlock. This position would also require a few trips to our Marten Hills field office. The Field Administrator would report to the Production Foreman.

Duties and responsibilities may include but not limited to:



Check truck tickets in Prodman

: Review and verify truck tickets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational data.

Review variance reports

: Collaborate with the Production Accountants to ensure data accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Coding, approving, and sending invoices

: Code invoices correctly, obtain necessary approvals, and send them to the appropriate individuals.

Organize and file AER-compliant documents

: Maintain and file all AER-related documentation to ensure compliance.

Manage office paperwork

: Oversee the organization and filing of all office-related documents to maintain a streamlined workflow.

Oversee invoices in Pandell

: Manage and approve invoices through the Pandell system to ensure proper processing times.

Manage day-to-day emails and correspondence

: Handle incoming and outgoing communications efficiently to support ongoing operations.

Provide support to leads, operators, and foremen

: Assist team members with day-to-day operational tasks as needed.

Build and revise site-specific documents

: Create, update, and maintain site-specific operational documents.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

: Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies to ensure the office runs smoothly.

Order area signs

: Ensure necessary signage is ordered and available.

Quarterly allocation spreadsheet update

: Update and maintain allocation spreadsheets.

Provide support for expense reports

: Assist foreman with expense report.

Create and support Excel spreadsheets and Word documents

: Develop and provide support for Excel spreadsheets and Word documents as required.

Serve as area contact for accounts payable and vendor issues

: Act as the primary point of contact for addressing any accounts payable or vendor-related issues.

Monthly Abadata compliance loads and new task builds

: Ensure compliance with Abadata monthly loads.

File Contract Operators agreements

: File as necessary.

Offer IT support for offices

: Provide general IT support to ensure office operations run smoothly.

Confirm OP invoice accuracy prior to Foreman approval

: Verify the accuracy of operator invoices before sending them to the foreman for final approval.

Add to Contract Operator Summary Sheet

: Confirm that all OP invoices are added to summary sheet.

Book meeting locations and order/pickup meeting lunches

: Coordinate logistics for meetings, including booking locations and ordering lunch for attendees.

Ensure meeting locations are set up

: Prepare meeting spaces in advance to ensure smooth and timely meetings.

Provide general day-to-day support/tasks

: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Allocations- Review quarterly JHSC Member

Qualifications:



5 years in an office administrative role. Oilfield admin experience would be an asset Proficient with Microsoft office products (outlook/word/excel/power point/etc) Successful candidate must be a strong communicator, self-motivated and able to work in both independent and team environments. Reside in the Westlock area
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$31.00 per hour
